Credits are the currency of RSVP.now ($1 = 1 credit), used to publish events and purchase packages.Mana is the fractional fuel that powers email deliveries (1 Mana = 1 email dispatch). When you create an event, credits are converted into a dedicated Mana pool for that event.

How do ticket sales and transaction fees work?

For paid events, RSVP.now charges a flat 2.5% platform fee—literally half of Luma's 5.0% commission and without Eventbrite's $1.79 per-ticket surcharge. Payment processing is powered securely by Stripe at standard interchange (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). You can choose whether to absorb processing fees into ticket pricing or pass them to attendees at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly subscription whenever you wish from your organization billing dashboard. If you upgrade, the price difference and bonus credits are calculated automatically.
