No, credits never expire. Both pay-as-you-go credit packages and monthly subscription grants roll over month-to-month permanently in your organization wallet. Even if you cancel your monthly plan, all earned credits remain in your wallet forever.
How do volume bonuses work on top-ups and subscriptions?
We believe in rewarding committed organizers. On monthly plans, you get 50% extra credits on Starter ($10 for 15 credits, $0.67/cr) and 100% extra credits on Pro ($20 for 40 credits, $0.50/cr). On pay-as-you-go top-ups, volume discounts apply automatically: +8% on $25+, +14% on $50+, and +20% on $100+.
What is the difference between Credits and Mana?
Credits are the organization-level currency ($1.00 USD = 1 Credit), used to publish events, upgrade plans, or top up wallet balances. Mana is the fractional per-event attendee fuel (1 Credit = 100 Mana). When you create an event, credits are allocated as a Mana pool to power email ticket dispatches, QR entry passes, calendar syncs, and attendee notifications.
