IEEE Sri Lanka Section

The IEEE Sri Lanka Section is a part of the global IEEE organization, which is the world's largest professional association dedicated to advancing technology for humanity. Established in 2003, the Sri Lanka Section provides a platform for professionals, academics, and students in engineering, computing, and technology fields to collaborate, innovate, and share knowledge. It promotes technical advancements, professional networking, and educational activities through events like conferences, workshops, and seminars. The section actively supports local IEEE Student Branches, Societies, and affinity groups, such as Women in Engineering (WIE) and Young Professionals (YP), fostering a strong community for technological development and leadership growth in Sri Lanka.
